It's been a rollercoaster of a year for many, first we hope you are all safe and well. In terms of operations, as a fast growing business this has had some effect on us. Importing our products has taken a major time delay due to our factory being closed down for 6 weeks in April and May. We are working closely with our partners to bring you new, updated products but please bare with us.

Once in the UK, we are seeing the majority of locations operating as normal, so far all of our orders have been dispatched and delivered on time, however in some Tier 4 areas we are seeing a slightly longer shipment processing time. We use Royal Mail, DPD & DHL to ship our orders and are working closely with them to ensure the quickest and safest delivery method. Should there be any changes to your order you will be notified via email. However, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We are working from home and always available.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Swindon, UK. We are currently working with DPD and DHL to deliver parcels worldwide. You will see all available shipping options at checkout, please note we require 1-3 days to process your order, we always aim for a next day delivery. If you require a special delivery, please contact us.

Yes we do! We are currently shipping worldwide with our shipping partners (DHL & DPD). Due to new EU regulations, we are only shipping on an international priority service to ensure a prompt and safe delivery. Please note at current, all import duties are to be paid for by the customer. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
